As a photographer, I recently had the honor of capturing a truly magical intimate storybook wedding in Sonoma, CA. The wedding was held at an estate tucked away in the hills, with sprawling gardens and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The bride and groom had planned a small guest count, which added to the intimacy and romance of the day. The ceremony was held outside in the gardens, under an old oak tree. As the ceremony began, a light rain began to fall, adding an even more romantic and enchanting feel to the day. Despite the rain, the bride and groom were all smiles as they exchanged their vows in front of their closest family and friends, tears poured from everyones eyes. As the ceremony came to a close, the rain stopped, and the newlyweds were able to take some stunning portraits in the gardens. The estate was the perfect location for an intimate wedding, with its charming and cozy feel, and the gardens provided endless opportunities for beautiful photos.

The reception was held in the estate’s dining room to avoid the rainy evening, which was adorned with candles to help continue the cozy vibe. As a photographer, I felt privileged to be a part of such a special day. Capturing the love and emotions of the bride and groom was truly so special, and the intimate setting made for some of the most beautiful and romantic photos I have ever taken.
